I am a Hungry for Happiness Certified coach and an expert in being in your shoes.

- I know what it is like to feel like all I would ever be was a runner.

- I know what it is like to cry when someone asked me what I wanted to eat.
My mission is to help women, like you, find their love of self again and connect back to their body. I discovered that it was more than just food, it was the emotions that I was hanging on to.
I have spent countless hours over the last 5 years on this journey. Dug deep into personal development. Learned more about myself than I ever thought possible.

I work with a limited number of 1:1 coaching clients at a time to ensure that every client gets my full focus and energy. I don’t believe in quick fixes and I require a minimum of 6 months to develop a deep, trusting relationship where I can help you create a lasting transformation.
